We are a boutique, private client alliance of highly experienced and multi-disciplinary professionals who serve high net worth families, individuals, couples, family businesses, and the professionals who advise them.
We are experts in conflict resolution and help clients overcome the normal challenges of family dysfunction, sibling and generational disputes and family differences.
We are complementary to the role of family advisors. We work closely with family professionals to better ensure the success and legacy of the family. We do not provide financial advice, manage funds, or tell our clients how to run their businesses.

Seventy-percent of family owned businesses fail before the second generation gets a chance to take over. Why is this? The answer is: family disagreements and conflicts, egos and emotions, and the fact that many families are simply not equipped to handle complex business issues. Only 10% were successful in the third generation. Of the 70% that fail, 60% fail due to lack of communications and trust; 25% fail due to poor preparation of the next generation; and 15% fail due to poor tax, financial and legal advice.

Mayo Clinic Model
Some clients have referred to our service approach as the “Mayo Clinic Model” for family challenges. We undertake client assignments with a specialized team of expertise, focused on a single family situation. Our multi-disciplinary experts support families and their advisors as third party experts to address multi-generational needs such as family relationship-development and dispute resolution. We provide a private environment in which clients feel safe enough, relaxed enough, and supported to address their most sensitive family and personal challenges.
