Alan Kirschenbaum has been a trusted advisor for high net worth families and individuals. He has significant understanding in the areas of operations, complex transactions, tax, finance, corporate governance, and acquisitions.
Alan had a 25-year career in a corporate setting where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Tax for Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-up organizations. He is an experienced professional in securitizations, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Alan is known for his giving spirit and superb networking, that has allowed him to be of high value in helping high net worth clients understand and arrange solutions to complex family and business situations.
Alan Kirschenbaum spent much of his career in the automotive and services industry, where he was responsible for some of the most complex transactions and issues impacting the industry. Alan now serves as Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand LLC.
Mr. Kirschenbaum earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
